Petsafe Dog Collar Parts
Just ordered a petsafe anti barking collar?
2 weeks ago I became the owner of a rescue dog, part shitsu part pamarainian (sp?) he is 3 years old, very sweet, loveable, wonderful personality, I love him, but his barking drives me INSANE. Do these collars really work?????
The shocking ones seem harsh and I would think they would make the dog head shy, I have known people who used the citronella ones though. My aunt had one and her dog would run outside and bark bark bark until it was out of spray, they only have a couple shots I guess and then carry on with her day, so they just found it easier to let her do her thing and let her in the house if she got too loud 
Most small dogs are just barkers.. and especially being 3 years old, it mihgt never have been taught when to bark and when not too. I would only use the collar as a lasy resort as they seem a little mean.
