Does anyone know of a good no barking collar?

I have 2 dogs that bark everytime the wind blows. I’ve tried lots of options including professional training but nothing seems to last or work. I’ve tried several collars from Petsmart, including the one that sprays the chemical but that method didn’t last long either. They are wearing the static ones right now but it only works every now and then. I’ve checked them and they are on correctly… I’d like a recommendation for one that really works and stays working…

Have you tried squirting them with a water bottle? Get a good water bottle that has a little pressure behind the stream of water and everytime they bark, squirt them around their head. Be careful not to squirt directly in their eye but if it’s somewhere around their head/face it should be good enough to get their attention and make them stop. Eventually they’ll get to when they just SEE the water bottle, they’ll stop barking. They also are associating the punishment with the bottle and not with you. It works well with my two dogs when they play too rough.
