is there a specific brand of collars that won’t scrape my dogs neck?

I have a min pin and her collar causes scrapes on her neck. i know it’s loose enough, i can fit two fingers underneath. it’s just a basic nylon collar for a toy sized dog but she pulls on her leash and I’m pretty sure that’s what’s causing it. i take it off of her when i notice that it’s happening but it makes me feel bad that she’s getting hurt. so if there’s a better collar to use please let me know. (I’ve used leather as well and it’s just as bad if not worse)

Have you tried the ROLLED leather collars (they’re round)? These collars prevent irritation and prevent the rubbing that breaks hair off. The cheap leather collars can irritate, too, plan on spending about $15-$25 for a good, soft, rolled leather collar…they last forever, and are well worth the investment.
