Dog got sparayed by a skunk – how do i deodorize his leather collar?

I deodorized the dog with baking soda and peroxide followed by a shampoo with great results, but i don’t know what to use on his leather spiked collar. Should i use a similar mix? Right now it’s sitting in a baggie full of baking soda. I’d just replace the collar except i just bought it Monday night and it was fairly expensive for a dog collar.

A similar mix should work alright.
