Where can I buy an electronic dog door?

I’m getting a Norwich Terrier soon and I want to buy an electronic dog door (I have 2 indoor cats so I want to buy a door that has a chip or magnet in their collar that activates the door so the cats can’t get out), but I have no idea where to buy one. I live in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
