Neck collar Shock vs. noise from barking dogs?

I have a dog 50 pounds and she cries and complains if we leave in peace (and we live in an apartment complex, even at his worst). So it's best, beating or noise? I'd rather get a necklace of noise to it, but if the shock is better then I think we can go for that. Moreover, my dog is very fluffy (shes a husky mix) willingness to make an impact? To see if this right. You live in an apartment and have a Husky mix. Now that is priceless. Your dog is bored of her head and needs a yard no bark collar. So my suggestion is strongly that this dog excercise at least 3 hours a day and get to a home that can be done.
