Need help to control my dog ….?

We are entering a new home next month. The problem is that … not have a fence and now not financially possible to install a fence. I thought about having an invisible fence installed, bnut honestly, I'm not going to put the shock collar on me to prove it … so I'm not sure that putting my children.
