Where is a good site to buy a personalized cat collar (i.e. embroidered name & number on collar)?

I went to aahpaws.com. BAD service. Took forever. I got my collar the the circumference is way too big for my cat and the buckles are huge. It is a site for dogs, but they advertised their smallest collar to be usable on cats. I’m looking for a 3/8″ width collar and one that will have the name and number embroidered on it.
besides gotags.com. I’m hoping to get a collar all black and with white embroidering. Thanks so much!

Take it so a embroidery show in your neighborhood so you can pick the collar at any retail location. and take it in like a shirt they will do whatever you want and it’ll probally be cheap too w/o shipping and handling cost and the headache of it going wrong and shipping it back…yada yada yada
