I have a question about a Chanel necklace?

I wanted to have a necklace custom made. It’s a choker that almost looks like a dog collar (but it’s not a dog collar, don’t worry) and it would have pink and white rhinestones (or w/e they’re called) on it. Someone at my school got hers custom made and added a Chanel logo on the center. How would I get this done and explain my design?

you should make it like the tiffany’s necklace chains and like a rhinestoned pink color of a cut out heart and a small charms that says chanel
