Can we keep a nylon woven harness on a female chow all the time like a regular dog collar?

absalutely. it would be better to use a harness than a coller. beacuse if you ever grab your dog by the color it can rub and leave a rash on his neck. so ify ou use a harness you have WAY better control. but ya absolutely you can use it. i have a parson terrier that has one on at all times and that does not bother him.
