my 5 month rotty keeps pulling on the lead,where can i get a collar that stays high up on his neck?

I’ve tried nylon choker,he just pulled worse.When I move his regular leather collar up on his neck it keeps sliding down and he starts pulling again.I’ve seen ones on Cesar Milan Dog Whisperer that seem to work really well but havent seen any here in Ireland
no its not the slip leash i meant when i mentioned cesar milan,its a collar that looks like 2 collars,one stays high up on the dogs neck,the other stays lower down.Thanks for all the answers,might try the Halti or Harness out next,Thanks again guys

Cesar uses a slip leash, put on the most sensitive part of the dogs neck. This can be very dangerous.

Proper training will solve leash pulling.

Forget Cesar.
