Dog Collars For Pitbulls
How do I break up 2 pitbulls when they are fighting?
I have 2 pitbulls, dog A and dog B. We had both when they were puppies, but had dog A first and after she grew up then dog B came into the picture. Dog B is now a little older and she is so aggressive. She attacks Dog A when ever she gets near her food, or if she tries to get in the bed with any of us. It could be a territory thing but I thought that only males fought for the Alpha position. I don’t know what to do, water doesn’t break them up, and they both have been to the vet already to get antibiotics for the wounds. How can I break them up or train them not to fight? shock collar?
I have two pits as well,i have two females however mine are mother and daughter, personally it sounds as if you need to get rid of one of them,it sounds definately like a territorial thing, if they are fighting and you are near get a bottle of soda and squirt it in thier faces towards the noses, that will cut off air flow and obviously they will pull apart, you should definately keep them apart before someone does gets hurt.Females are very territorial about their owners. unfortunately if you havent been able to stop the behavior by now it will not be reversed, you could try shock collars sometimes that will make them more aggressive, ive had quite a few pits as pets and i also have 4 children, sometimes you cant train a dog….no matter what the breed, and to all the people out there that are anti pit….save it cause pit lovers could care less on what ya all think!! And there is hundreds of other breeds that are trained to kill so dont give this person any B.S….. Good luck on your training and be very consistant, and dont let them forget you are the boss and also your family is the boss.
