My neighbor puts a dog collar around his neck, with a leash that is duct taped to his dogs paw…Why?
He has a German Shepherd, and every day for the past week, my neighbor has been walking down the street barking on all fours behind his dog. The collar is around his neck, and the leash has been duct taped to the dogs front paw.
The dog seems to be ok with it, but this seems a bit odd to me. I have done the same thing with my cat, but a dog, thats just strange. Have you seen anyone doing this? Why would they do this?
because its about damn time that the dog starts taking the human for a walk.
