Looking for an anime series?

I’m trying to find out if a picture I saw is from an anime series or just someones creation. The picture was someones background on Veoh, and featured a girl with brown hair, and 2 guys. One guy had blue handcuffs and he and the girl were handcuffed, whilst the guy had what I presume was a leash, which was attached to a dog collar around the girls neck.
