Her daughter was wearing a toy helmet and using a red trolley with little ladders hanging on the side and the garden hose wrapped around them. The trolley was tied to the dog and cat.

“That’s a great fire engine, Samantha,” said her mam admiringly.

“Thanks mam!” said the little girl.

Her mam looked closer and noticed the two dog leads, one tied to the dog’s collar and one to the cat’s testicles. “I don’t want to interfere with your game, but if you were to tie that lead to the cat’s collar, I think the fire engine would go a lot faster.”

Samantha thought for a minute, looked at the trolley, at the dog and at the cat, then looked up and said, “You’re probably right, but then I wouldn’t have a F*cking siren, would I?!”
