were can i get a replacement rogz collar for my dog?

i bought a rogz collar for my dog and there are meant to covered by lifetime gaurantee the petshop said i cant get a replacement any more as they they dont sell them and i have no receipt the clasp is broken on it

i had one off them rogz collers it nearly got my mika killed he was only 4 months then. the same thing the clasp broke right by the road he went to run but luckley came back when i called

i wont trust them any more plus it was band new when it happend

i bought mine at the local vets maybe your vets sell them but i dont trust them kind of collers now good luck
