Is it safe to have a tag on my dog’s collar with all my info?

I saw in a shop a little round clip on tag that inside has a paper where you write your dog’s info and yours if he gets lost. I think I would like to get it, but I saw on TV that you should not put your dog’s name. Should I get this tag or not? My dog is tattooed by the way.

Just put your phone number so then if your dog gets lost the finders can ring you
