Dog Collar Manufacturers

any idea how long a battery really lasts in a electronic dog fence collar?

So far i’ve had my fence setup for 4months and ive gone through 6 lithium batteries. She really doesn’t go near the fence that much, is the collar really suppose to eat batteries like that? The manufacturer states that I should be changing the battery about every 4months
in restricted area where i cannot put a fence up, and disabled so i cant walk for long, she loves to lay outside and play w/my daughter. Its not that im lazy, but i cant run with her on an acre of land, and i really dont want her near the canal (gators) or pooping in my neighbors yard. Ever hear a good fence makes a good neighbor? easier said then done when in a deed restricted area. At least im trying to keep her safe. She never goes outside without someone with her, and yes, ive gotten hit with the shock, i wanted to see what she would experience before i had this whole thing installed.

They last too long. So just don’t use it.
Try it on your own neck once in a while and you can tell if it is working or not real easy.
Those fences are for lazy people and they are cruel to the dogs.

DONT TAZE THE MONSTER BRO!
