How do I keep my dog’s invisible fence collar in place?

I have an Innotek Ultra Smart Contain ‘N Train fence for my three dogs. One of the dogs has learned to scratch his collar with his hind leg until it sits off center on his neck. Once it does that, he no longer feels the fence’s correction and is able to go right through the fence without a problem. I have tried tightening the collar down as much as I feel appropriate (he displays no discomfort and is able to eat and drink), but still the collar is easy for him to move. How can I keep the collar in place reliably?

your best bet is to tighten it more but i had a dog that diddn’t care how tight it was so i put two collars on him that worked for me
