Dog Collar Down The Drain?

My dogs collar went down my bathtub drain. The collar is 8-10″ long with a license and ID tag on it. I can’t reach it and am dreading the plumber bill. The drain goes down a couple inches then turns 90 degrees. I live in a mobile home. Please if you have any ideas about how I can get this out I appreciate it very much!!!!
I have no plumber skills..and know no handy kind of guys

I’d try using a bent coat hanger…if that doesn’t work then you need a “snake” or drain auger. It’s like a long spring that has a handle you turn. the spring end grabs whatever is blocking the drain. You can rent one or buy one or ask the neighbor.
