how can i catch a dog?

hi!!.. ok… here’s my situation… around the shop there’s a dog whit the collar so tight u can see blood on his neck… he’s always afraid and running away when im close… when i give him food i see he’s hurting himself when is eating!.. i feel bad for him.. and also.. i needs a bath… BAD!! so i been trying to catch him.. but it seems that nothing works!!.. i just wanna cut the collar that he has and let him go.. i was thinking on get him something on da food to put him to sleep or something!!
sorry… no a brilliant idea uh?.. i tough on use one of those tubes whit the rope in it but.. thats just gonna hurt the animal.. any other ideas?

The best thing for the dog is to call animal control and have them come and catch the dog. If the collar is so tight it’s bleeding it probably needs to be surgically removed, and the dog will need antibiotics. Plus there’s a chance that the collar has some ID and the police can find the sonofab*tch who let the dog get in that condition.
