Dog Collar Glow In Dark
How can i make my dogs collar glow in the dark?
I do not want to buy a new collar as i love the one he has. Therefore i need to stick/pin something onto his current collar so that when we go for walks in the dark – his whole collar lights up/glows. What can i buys to do this?

spray a glow in the dark material on it? Making sure its not toxic to dogs of course.
or get a led bulb that hangs by his dog tag and flashes.
