Dog Collar For Sale

Is this cat the exception?
So I’ve read all the information about keeping cats inside, feeding them pricey food, getting vet care, etc. I want to be a good cat mommy. My mom has this cat who’s a calico and she was a feral from a colony used to keep mice under control on a grain farm. At 3 years old mom got her when the colony was broken up and she’s as friendly as any cat. I heard ferals can’t be tamed. Well, she’s never had any vet care except being spayed and she lives outside all year long even in freezing weather. A flea collar is all she wears. She eats whatever food, dog or cat food that’s on sale. My mom laughs at me for spending so much on my own 3 cats and keeping them inside. She says hers is a real cat. Patches is 12 years old and mom’s had her since she was about 3. So is she right?
I take it that Patches has never had shots? That is wrong, she could get all sorts of diseases. As for your cats being inside ones, and apparently you take care of them…there is no appreciable difference, but I’ll wager yours are happier.
