would a martingale work for a medium size pulling dog?

would a martingale collar work for a medium sized dog that pulls on walks?
i’ve spent two weeks training him non-stop, and we don’t have any good professional trainers within 4 hours of my location.
not everyone simply resorts to other tools in a day.
i’m sure you could.
i’ve used my training method for 20 years and it hasn’t failed me except for this dog.

No halti or harness is going to work with a pulling dog, trust me I know.
