What is a good business to be in right now in New York City???

I am thinking of starting a dog house construction business; I think the market is good now; I hear Mrs. Eliott Spitzer is in the market for several such items. And there may opportunities to provide expensive “customized features” to such a dog house, like heavy chain leashes, collars, high voltage cattle prods, etc. to keep the dog in line. Ms. Spitzer may be interested in such customized items. Anybody else have any ideas???
