Designer Dog Collars Leashes Dogs
are dogs allowed on the subway in NYC?
I have a jack russell, are they allowed in the subway cars – if I have a leash, collar and small designer dog carrier bag? – or not?
Fellow resident of New York City here. They are allowed as long as they are in a bag or cage. The only dogs that are allowed without bags or cages are seeing eye dogs. The subway reccomends dogs that are secured so they don’t bother the other passengers.
