Custom made necklace?

I wanted to have a choker with pink and white rhinestones custom made (it looks like a dog collar but it’s actually really pretty). I wanted to have the Chanel logo on it too, but I’m not sure where to go for something like this. Any ideas? And how would I explain to them the design?

find someone who makes jewlrey. try going 2 a craft show. they’ll have plenty of people that you could hire to make it for you.
